The basics

These terms cover your use of getfreshset.com and anything you order from FreshSet. FreshSet is a locally owned and family operated business based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Placing an order means you agree to what is written here.

What we sell

FreshSet sells showing-day supply kits delivered to a real estate listing, done-for-you Congratulations Basket closing gifts hand-delivered to a buyer or seller client, and Walk Through Videos produced from listing photos you provide.

Everything is sold per order. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Product contents are chosen for quality and availability, so a specific brand or item may be substituted for something equivalent or better. Product photos on the site are representative samples, not a guarantee of an identical arrangement.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the site and charged in U.S. dollars at checkout through Stripe. The price charged is the price stored on our own server for that product — not a price passed in from your browser.

The Showing Kit is priced at $59. We may change prices at any time, but never retroactively for an order you already placed and paid for.

Delivery

Next-day delivery is included within our primary service zone. Same-day delivery is available for a $15 add-on when the schedule allows. Listings just outside the zone are quoted case by case.

You are responsible for giving us accurate access information — the correct address, and a lockbox code, gate code, or on-site contact. If we cannot get access at the agreed time, we will contact you and reschedule; a wasted trip caused by bad or missing access details may require a redelivery charge.

We deliver to the property or closing address you give us. We are not responsible for what happens to supplies or a gift basket after they have been delivered and left at the location you specified.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Plans change and we are not going to be difficult about it. Contact us as early as you can:

• Cancel or change an order before it has been packed or dispatched and you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Once an order has been packed and is out for delivery, we cannot refund perishable or personalized items — but tell us anyway and we will do what we reasonably can.
• If something arrives wrong, damaged, or missing because of us, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it. That is on us, not you.

Walk Through Video orders are refundable until production starts. Once the video has been produced and delivered, the work is done and it is not refundable, though we will revise it if something is genuinely wrong.

Photos you send us

If you order a Walk Through Video you are confirming that you have the right to use the listing photos you send us and that we may use them to produce your video. We may show finished work as a sample of our own work unless you ask us not to. Just ask — that is enough.

Gift card messages

You choose the message written on a Congratulations Basket card. We write it as you give it to us and check it by hand before the basket leaves. We will not write anything unlawful, harassing, or hateful, and we will contact you rather than send something we are not willing to put our name on.

Limits

FreshSet supplies products and delivery. We are not your agent, we do not stage or clean your listing, we do not supervise showings, and we are not responsible for the outcome of a showing, an open house, or a transaction. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our control, including weather, road closures, supplier shortages, or a property we cannot access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you placed your order are the ones that apply to that order.
