Locally owned and family operated, right here in Lake Zurich, IL. FreshSet started with a simple observation: agents spend real time and money on last-minute store runs before every showing, and buyers can tell when a listing feels unprepared. We built FreshSet to make that problem disappear.
Our story
Why FreshSet exists
FreshSet is run by Anthony, who personally handles onboarding for every agent. It started close to home — literally: the Lake Zurich, Illinois area — after watching local agents scramble before showings to protect floors, restock supplies, and make a listing feel ready for buyers.
Instead of treating that as an afterthought, FreshSet turns it into a system: property-specific showing-day essentials, delivered to the listing before you arrive, so you can focus on the buyers instead of the setup. Not "just shoe covers" — a full showing-day presentation system, built to protect floors, remove setup stress, and give every buyer a polished first impression.
We're launching local and staying hands-on: the first 5–10 orders are fulfilled personally, with direct feedback loops built into the process, before scaling up delivery zones and packages. That's also why FreshSet added the Walk Through Video add-on — the same idea, applied online: help agents present a listing at its best, wherever a buyer first sees it.
